  I went to an ENT specialist at Siloam Kupang today. I registered online, and everything was quick and smooth. Within 20 minutes I was already back home with medicine and a clear explanation. Some ENT doctors had previously told me that my daughter needed surgery for her tonsils. But Dr. Rico carefully examined her and said they are only grade 2 and there is no need for surgery. He was very honest and reassuring. People often say that if you go to Siloam, they will push for surgery because it’s a private hospital. But that turned out not to be true in my experience. Thank you, Doctor, for the gentle and clear explanation. I really appreciate it.

  In my experience, the service at Siloam Kupang Hospital on the 5th floor is satisfactory. From the front desk, insurance processing, blood pressure checks, doctors, laboratory, radiology, and medication administration, everything is satisfactory. Thank you.

Because I am the family of a referral patient from Rote Island and I feel that the service and medical action is very fast in treating patients with care.Good and very friendly.   Went to this hospital several times in the past year.They have improved its hospital ambience for sure. The garden looks really nice, it's probably the best one compare to other hospitals. Tried their new service (online appointment) for BPJS users which is easy to use with less waiting time (can be improved for better performance). Hope they can keep up the good work.
