    Very professional, thorough and caring doctors, nurses & ancillary staff. I came in quite unwell with a severe cough. They did blood tests, listened to my lung function, looked in my throat & ears, checked O2 levels & blood pressure. I was put on an IV drip of saline, antibiotics, antinflamatories, paracetamol & vitamins for the day. I was given delicious soup & rice, water & 5 lots of medication to continue with. They completed travel insurance & medical forms. I could not complain at all about treatment or price. Thank you so much everyone. Highly recommended.

    Visited the clinic due to salmonella and got 2 rounds of IV treatment. The doctors and nurses did their best to make me feel better as soon as possible. They explained to me in a very detailed way what I have and what treatment I should follow and worked very efficiently with my insurance to make sure that my case will be fully covered. I can’t recommend enough, definitely the nicest and kindest people I’ve met in Lombok. Also, felt zero pain when my blood was taken, really careful and professional people! Last, the team messaged me in WhatsApp everyday to check how I felt and if my symptoms were getting better. Thank you for everything, you really saved my holidays 🙏❤️

    Excellent clinic. We spent more time in here over two weeks than I would have liked, but were very well taken care of. Dr. Susi joined us in the ambulance to get x rays in Mataram and made sure we were taken care of quickly. Yayan (picture) did an amazing job stitching my chin after a surf accident and there was no infection or scar. They need a new toilet, but otherwise i would highly recommend it for everything else.
