    I had an accident during my trip in Lombok.. and needed urgent medical attention. The team at Kuta Emergency was incredibly helpful from the beginning. They were always available on WhatsApp and responded very quickly whenever I had questions or needed assistance. They arranged transportation for me in their ambulance, helped coordinate my care, and were very patient throughout the whole process. They even gave me a pair of shoes to help me walk more comfortably while recovering, which was a very thoughtful gesture. Through the horrific accident experience.. I felt really accompanied by their kindness, their whole staff was extremely supportive and somehow managed to make me feel in a familiar place, while not being close to home.. The only issue I experienced was that I was accompanied to the hospital for X-rays and a CT scan, but the scan was initially performed on my head instead of my injured foot. As a result, I had to return and repeat part of the process, which took up a larg

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 Highly Recommend! My best friend and I came down with a bad case of Bali belly and high fever. After just one WhatsApp message, an ambulance picked us up right away and took us to the clinic. We were cared for immediately and felt completely looked after from the moment we arrived. All the staff spoke excellent English, and the doctor was very professional and competent. They ran blood tests on the spot, and we got the results within an hour while resting comfortably in hospital beds. We were then prescribed antibiotics and a thorough, well-thought-out medication plan. They even drove us back to our hotel afterwards! It was a bit on the expensive side, but our travel insurance covered it — and honestly, the quality of care was absolutely worth it. We already felt much better just two days later.

    We are incredibly grateful to the team at this hospital. After a scooter accident, we arrived with deep wounds and were in a lot of pain. Before coming here, we had gone to another hospital where the experience was very poor and stressful. The staff here helped us immediately and treated us with so much care and professionalism. They cleaned and stitched our wounds and made sure we were safe and taken care of. The doctors and nurses were calm, kind, and supportive during a very scary moment for us.
