They cleaned the wound thoroughly, stitched it carefully, and explained the aftercare instructions clearly. The treatment was almost painless, and I felt well taken care of from start to finish.     I have received amazing care at this hospital. I have sustained a deep cut during surfing requiring 7 stitches. After arriving to the clinic I was seen immediately, and my comfort was ensured. Both Doctor Genta and Nurse Cene have been excellent in my treatment. They kept me calm, applied stitches quickly and with care. Clearly explained the after care and prescribed medication in perfect English. They also provided necessary documentation for the insurance quickly and conveniently (through whatsapp). Treatment price was also very reasonable which was another positive surprise I arrived damaged and scared and left set on a recover path. Thank you so much to the medical team!!!

    Everyone here is amazing! My girlfriend and I got sick and got some antibiotics at first. But we got a pretty big scare when my girlfriends fever didn’t stop rising, I texted them on WhatsApp and they immediately responded, saying how they would treat her and recommending to swing by again. They took great care of her and took their time, put her on an IV for a few hours, did a blood test (results after an hour!!) and checked in regularly to see how she’s feeling. The whole staff is great, but we especially wanna thank Dr. Novita Wulandari, who was treating her at that time. She took her seriously, was simultaneously reassuring and explained everything carefully. Being a med student my girlfriend was pretty alarmed by the high fever considering how much paracetamol she had taken, but she felt really safe and cared for at Kembar Medical. They also reassured us that we could come back any time if anything worsens again and they got her fever down and gave her stronger antibiotics that wo
