  I had a very disappointing experience buying ear drops. This medication normally costs around IDR 130,000, but I was charged IDR 500,000, nearly four times the actual price. Overpricing is never okay, but taking advantage of someone who needs medical help is especially unacceptable. I can tolerate a lot when traveling, but exploiting people in situations involving health is a completely different matter. This felt dishonest and unethical. I strongly advise others to double-check prices before purchasing medicine here. ……………………. Adding a response to their reply: there was no medical assistance or any kind of examination involved. This was simply a direct purchase. I asked for antibiotic ear drops and was given the product. The purchase was completed, and I later returned the drops after discovering that the same medication cost IDR 127,000 at a neighboring pharmacy.   The best service Clinic ever... The doctors and the nurses was very charm and so delicated to take care my son when he got fever. Very recomended clinic in bali.

  Very suspicious experience. Honestly, this place feels like a complete scam and I seriously doubt they even have a proper license. I went in asking for Naproxen and the staff gave me a very strange look. Then I showed a photo of tablets containing etoricoxib as the active ingredient, and instead of addressing that, they tried to sell me something completely different that was just a muscle relaxant. The whole interaction felt unprofessional and misleading. I would not trust this clinic at all.
