  I went to the clinic because I had Bali Belly, and I was treated by a very kind and professional female doctor. After a quick consultation and a clear explanation of all the costs upfront, treatment started immediately. They performed a blood test, gave me two IV infusions, and four injections, and I also received tablets to take home. What impressed me the most was the speed — the blood test results were already available before the second IV finished, which allowed the doctor to perfectly adjust the medication to my needs. Thank you very much for the excellent and efficient help! I would definitely go again, no questions asked, especially considering the whole treatment was just a little over 200 CHF. Highly recommended!

  Had to visit today to get an infected fingernail looked at (unfortunately from getting my nails done). The team were so caring, explained all the costs before proceeding and talked me through the whole process to ease any stress. They cut open the infected area to remove the pus and clean it out, applied an antibiotic cream and bandaid. They offered me different options for pain relief, and were clear in explaining after care / antibiotics. Definitely recommend the team here! Special thanks to Dr Reni for being so thorough and Yahir (sorry if I’ve misspelt that!) for being so gentle with the procedure (I had barely any pain) and the rest of the team for taking great care in looking after me. They also give you all the correct forms for claiming on insurance. Highly recommend!

  10/10 service from Doctor Edrian Indra and his team. I reached out via WhatsApp to the clinic at 5 AM after experiencing severe food poisoning symptoms overnight, and they responded quickly. They arranged for the doctor and team to come to my hotel as soon as possible. The team administered an IV and provided all the necessary medication. I felt extremely well taken care of and safe throughout the entire experience. I would highly recommend their service.

  Honestly such a great experience here. My partner got salmonella and was very sick. We went straight to this clinic because of a recommendation. Dr Ocha is an absolute legend and an inspiration. She was so so helpful and lovely. Cant thank the team enough!
