  A place where you immediately feel in good hands. The two girls at the front desk are extremely knowledgeable, kind, and professional. They take the time to clearly show you and explain the differences between medications, which makes everything much easier and reassuring, especially when you’re far from home. Great service and a very supportive team, highly recommended if you need medical assistance in Lombok.

  Had to visit 3 times over the course of my trip for various reasons and each time the staff were brilliant. The last visit was in due to a surfing injury. I was seen straight away and the care I received was amazing. For medical attention or pharmaceutical needs this place is the only place you need in Kuta.

  i visited here as my daughter has an ongoing issue and my medicine from home wasn’t helping, the girl was so good, helpful and patient, she gs e me some medicine and the next day (we were die to leave kuta) she messaged me quite unexpectedly to see if things had improved, they hadn’t so she got straight into a dr to call me, we had a chat and he reassured me to continue with the stronger medicine and it could take 2-3 days to work, he was right, we are now much improved!! i am very impressed with their service and care x

  I had a food poisoning and my girlfriend went here to take some pills, the assistant get her some different pills. I took them and the next day I was again fit 👏 thank you
