    Amazing experience with Trust Care Medica in Lombok. The doctors and nurses were incredibly caring, professional, informative, and spoke great English, which made everything so much easier while travelling. A special thank you to Bakri, who genuinely was the best nurse I could have asked for. He constantly checked in on me, explained everything clearly, and made me feel extremely well looked after. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone travelling in Lombok

    The staff were super nice and caring! I felt safe while they took very good care of my wounds. They even gave me a ride to my hostel afterwards:)) I only think that the charge for the medicine was a lot and I am not sure if they took advantage of me being a tourist.

    Great clinic, since they have a lot of diagnosis systems and medical devices compared to others in Kuta. They could precisely identify my illness.and do targeted treatment. Definitely one of the better clinics Watch out for some Premium Services / Meds that you insurance might not cover though.

    i would suggest to avoid this place, if you have the option to. we were taken here after our accident, so we couldn’t really check or choose, but it’s extremely overpriced. they are ripping off people who need help and charge by the hour. made us wait for things we didn’t need, and put it on the bill. we paid ~13 million (~500 euro) for 7 stitches, an arm sling, cleaning of scratches, “consultation by doctor” and iv medication. they then offered to take us to a hospital by an ambulance and with a doctor to get an x-ray, for an additional 500 euro. all the prices were presented to us with a finished receipt. the medication was probably tenfold the price of those from a pharmacy. in addition, we had to wait almost 24 hrs for our medical reports, even after paying this much. nurses and doctor was really nice, but this does not justify the insane price.
