  Absolutely amazing service. I needed an iron infusion & after discussion about symptoms we agreed on vC, vB complex & iron. Siri my nurse was at my hotel with 45min. She was very caring, professional & explained everything. I highly recommend the team for their prompt service, advice & care. I'll be using the service again when I return. 100% better than what's on offer in Australia!!! And a fraction of the cost.

  I had a pretty bad case of Bali Belly (aka Travelers diarrhea) for 5 days. Being a nurse myself in the USA I knew that I was more than likely dehydrated due to constant diarrhea and even some vomiting. While doing some research on this company my partner and I decided to pull the trigger & get an infusion with them. Our nurse (Mita) came to our hotel room at Magani and did a wonderful job. She explained step by step what she will do, all was performed under aseptic technique. We were surprised because even a doctor (Dr. Cahyo) came by our room and did his thorough assessment and prescribed us medicines to take then & continue taking after infusion process is over. Dr. Cahyo told us to reach out for any questions/ concerns and they would do further testing if need be. Also, I asked for an extra bag of fluids to be given to me I.V. 1000mL in total (to keep me extra hydrated). All for a reasonable price. Very satisfied with their care. 100% recommend if you’re feeling like oral hydration
