  The receptionist completely lacks a professional demeanor, making me feel unwelcome and like an interruption. Despite my polite greeting of 'selamat siang,' she simply replied 'OK' without looking at me, rushing instead to put on her mask. This individual consistently shows a flagrant lack of courtesy. While I have ignored this behavior during past visits, today I finally confronted her about her inconsiderate attitude toward the public.

  Very good experience. The nurse at the reception is super friendly and welcoming. There was no waiting line and the price for just the check up was very reasonable (350k idr). Then we went to the doctor who speaks exceptional English and was very good to communicate with. She was professional, she explained everything very well and gave good advice and medicine 💊 😊 With 3 type of medicine and check-up ended up paying 900k. Can not recommend this enough. 10/10 would come again

  If you require any medical attention, we highly recommend you pay a visit to Alyra Medical centre. We found the Doctor and Nursing staff to be very kind, caring and extremely helpful with our situation. Thank you for all your help. 5 stars for everyone.

  It's a rip off business. 200k wound dressing fee just to apply a simple bandage (takes less than one minute). Medication sold here was more than five times the normal price. All the positive Google reviews here appear fake. At least the doctor seemed competent.
