  waiting time was very little, quick treatment, ended up paying around 3-3.5 Million IDR to cover over 5 x-rays, orthopedic consultation and treatment. the staff were amazing, doctors and nurses were great, and honestly there is nothing to complain about when after having a motorbike accident i only had to pay around 150-200USD to get treated. Not expensive at all compared to western prices Overall highly recommend this clinic for basic/intermediate treatment. They’re fast, they don’t make you wait long at all, and they’re super helpful (P.S i am insured so i will get my payments reimbursed anyways)

  Staff pleasant, nurse, receptionist and Dr. Had a case of strep throat (I'm a medical scientist so knew exactly what it was). Short wait and close to my villa off eat street but a total ripoff... $155 AUD for 3 min nurse taking blood pressure and temp and 2 min Dr consult to leave with a dose of amoxicillin and dexamethasone but needed it so it is what it is I guess!! See comments stating amoxicillin cost next to nothing from pharmacy??

  Avoid it by all means! I was referred by my medical insurance company to go there. After the examination of 5 minutes (that was done by GP, not specialist as requested) they informed me that I will have to pay 45US$ since they are not cooperating with my insurance company. After 40 minutes of waiting (they took my passport) they finally received confirmation that insurance will cover the cost. Completely unprofessional!!!
