  As an Australian Paramedic I am very impressed with the Doctor's and Nurses there. as I live in Bali and I have seen them a few times, I also have taken some of my friends there great service highly recommend

  My partner showed symptoms of dengue fever, and we called a doctor to the hotel. A young woman arrived with a nurse. The young woman called herself a doctor. She seemed to speak English at first but when we started talking to her, we realized she didn’t understand what we were saying. So we had to use Google Translate. The conversation was very stressful. She was very fast and stressed, doing everything quickly, not listening properly. Then she was supposed to give some medication for my partner after taking a blood test to determine whether it was dengue or not (the results came the day after - it was not dengue). One of the medications she gave him was ibuprofen. Ibuprofen is a prescription drug in Asia because if someone has dengue, it is dangerous and can cause internal bleeding this is basic common knowledge. This “doctor” gave ibuprofen for my partner to take for body pain, even though it was suspected to be dengue! Just insane! Was she even a medical doctor?? When I pointed this

  We called them for bali belly issue and the doctor and nurse arrived very fast - 30 min or so and they were very carying; the nurse was extremely gentle with the needle and dripping required; they provided all docs needed for the insurance recovery of cost and were very attentive to check condition on the next say which was very good back & to normal (from hard symptoms prior to their visit) - Thank you, All 🙏

  Arrived quickly, were very professional & friendly. Very thorough and explained in simple terms. Gave all medication required with dosage explanation. All instruments used hygienic. Checked in next day to see how my wife was. All in all excellent service & follow up. Would strongly recommend if the need arises.
