  While traveling in Bali I got very sick with Faringitis due the changing temperatures and the rain. I found Cito Medical on Google, easily I was able to contact them on whatsapp and request a visit. They immediately provided me with the rates and options and within 60 mins there was a doctor on the way to my villa. The doctor arrived with an assistant and with the previous information I have provided over whatsapp he examined me, provided me with a diagnosis and proposed me the treatment, once I agree on the treatment and rates, he followed up with the medical report for my insurance company. The doctor was very empathetic, the process was very clear and they provided me with all the medicines I needed. It was something simple but I started to feel better after the first medicine take. In less than 48 hrs I got my Receipt and Medical Report to be able to make the claim with my Insurance company. Overall my experience was great, I felt immediately safe and better after the doctor
