Dr. Rita and nurse Rika were very knowledgeable about Monkey scratches and ear infections. They both treated my kids with compassion and care. Dr. Rita and nurse Rika’s professionalism is absolutely outstanding. I highly recommend this medical facility for your medical attention and medical needs.

  THIS CLINIC will rob u with insane price. I Have bali belly, go to this clinic, give the pricing and its 4 million ish idr (300 usd) Consist of like 8 medicine with each medicini around 400-600 thousand idr(30 usd). And few unnecesaery treatment. This doctor should be shame. Have they forget about their doctor oath. Giving unecessary treatment and med just for higher bill. I live in jakarta. Even going to 5 star hospital like siloam in jakarta never have this price. This is a price for surgery and dr specialist. Even The doctor that handle me in this clinic is general doctor too. And what worse, they refused to give me the prescription, we had to buy the medicine from their farmacy. And their farmacy price is crazy. What a low way to make money. I cant believe people who work on this kind industry act like that!

  I had a very disappointing experience regarding pricing transparency at this clinic. I was charged a significantly high and unexpected price for medications, and the receipt showed a confusing and misleading breakdown. The quantity listed did not clearly match what was actually provided, and when I asked for clarification, I was told that the pricing and quantities are generated automatically by the system and determined by a distributor with no clear explanation or itemized transparency. After researching, I found that the market prices for the same medications in Indonesia (including Bali) are much lower than what I was charged. This large price gap was never explained in advance, and I was not informed beforehand that the cost would be this high. As a patient, this feels deceptive and unfair, especially when you are in pain and trust a medical provider to be transparent and ethical.
