  I highly recommend Dr Faiz Nur Hibatullah, Dr Faiz, Nurse Agus and Assistant Cintya at Indra Medical Clinic Seminyak. They provided exceptional, kind, and professional care for my 9 year old daughter, Sophia, who had ear pain and ear discharge while we were in Bali. Dr Faiz was calm, gentle, and very reassuring. He used a high technology ear camera to show us what Sophia’s healthy ear looked like compared with the infected ear, explaining everything clearly in a protective and comforting way. They prescribed pain medication, medicated ear drops to reduce the pain and swelling, and antibiotics to help stop and reduce the infection. Sophia felt safe, cared for, and understood throughout the whole appointment. Dr Faiz and Nurse Agus were also incredibly kind and caring. He gave my son, who had fallen over, a very cute Band-Aid, which made him feel special and looked after.   The service was excellent. Very easy the contact via WhatsApp. Super fast response. We received immediate attention for my little one at the hotel we were staying. The doctor performed a very thorough check-up of the baby and followed up her recovery over the subsequent days. I received a digital invoice of the treatment via WhatsApp. If I ever need medical attention again I would not hesitate to call Indra Medical Clinic. Highly recommend!

  It wasn't an emergency, but they assisted me immediately. I had my ears cleaned as there was a buildup of wax and I continued to have a blocked ear for several days. They did a fantastic job, checked all my vitals. First and then explained the procedure and authorised at first before they continued. Throughout the procedure, they were professional and comforting. And all has very good English.They did a fantastic job , highly highly recommend , and I can hear again!! 🙏🌸
