  A late night visit here with my "niece", it wasn't an emergency but it was important. After walking through the doors my niece explained what was happening and so very quickly a wheel chair appeared. I am not indonesian, no experience with indonesian hospital procedures, so I asked if it was ok for me to join. The staff said of course. We were taken upstairs. The nurse asked for normal details (bpjs etc). My niece then got to wait on a bed, and the staff brought me a chair to sit on. Some of the equipment is a bit dated, but it works as it should (I have a healthcare background). The Dr. came, actually listened, asked appropriate questions and gave my niece a reason for her presenting condition. She was given a prescription for some meds and a time/date for a follow up. Due to it being late in the evening I was impressed at how smoothly the whole experience was.. nurses, Dr. reception, payments area and apotik. I would choose here for myself if the need ever arrived.

  So glad we finally chose this hospital. The service and facilities are amazing—from registration to every step of the process, everything was truly top-notch. Special thanks to Dr. Indah and the entire nursing team at Ayodhya for taking such great care of my daughter. Also, my sincere appreciation to the female doctor in the Emergency Department on the first day (I unfortunately didn’t catch her name, but I believe she was on her field practice). Thank you, Kasih Ibu Kedonganan, for the excellent service.

  I had an amazing experience at the hospital. I came down with a bad bacterial infection (Bali belly) and had to stay at the hospital for 3 nights to recover. The staff was very helpful and kind, the doctors well prepared and I felt safe and comfortable, especially since I am a female solo traveler. They also helped me arrange to get all my belongings to the hospital from the hotel, and ensured I was healthy so I could take my flight. I had a comfortable private room, which helped to get a lot of rest, and nurses were always available if I had any issue. They even delivered me flowers!! I highly recommend!!
