  I did a rapid test at this clinic. The whole process was fast and smooth. Waiting for the result may take a while, but they have chairs outside the clinic for you to wait. Fyi, buy the promo price on traveloka to get a cheaper price.

  Despite the appointment for a COVID19 swap test at 11.45, we were only tested at 14.15 with a weak explanation for the delay. First, we were told to come back at 13.00 due to sterilisation work in the testing room. But then we had to wait for another 1h15min outside of the door with all seats occupied at times. The test results were not sent digitally and had to be picked up in person.

  The clinic starts operation 8am but nobody answers the phone at 8. I went there physically but I was informed doctor will come at 9am. My son had a strong fever so we wanted the doctor to check immediately, but how irresponsible clinic. Better choose another location especially in case of emergency.
