I had a great experience at Legian Medical Clinic. The nurses are highly experienced, skilled, and incredibly friendly, ensuring that every patient receives excellent care. With a long history of serving the community, the clinic has continuously improved over the years. While some older reviews might reflect past issues, things have definitely changed for the better. Since there aren't many young people managing social media, the clinic may not be very active online but don't let that mislead you. The quality of care here speaks for itself. Highly recommend for anyone in need of professional and compassionate medical services!

I came here because of a detached toenail after an unfortunate incident. I was scared senseless when I heard I needed to remove the whole toenail. I was making a big fuss but the staff there all tried to reassure and calm me. During the whole process, they were all very compassionate and caring so much so every single one of them felt like my own aunts or even my mom. The nurses also made sure I had no problem seeing another doctor in another region (I had to travel the next day) and provided the documents necessary for insurance. They even cheered me up by joking how my toenail would make a great souvenir(and it did!🤣). I wish I had had no reason to visit here in the first place, but I am very glad I went to Legian Medical Clinic. Still, as facts are facts, I would have to admit this place is quite pricey as I found out that a clinic in Ubud only charged less than 950K whereas I paid 3,316K for the same treatment😉 And mind you the opening hours are 10-22! There is also an extra char

I went here because I was suffering from a pinched nerve in my neck. Nurse took my blood pressure and told me my blood pressure was high. Doctor told me I was having a "Blood Pressure Reaction" which was causing the pain in my neck. Didn't take any history, didn't listen to my heart or chest or palpate my neck or abdomen. Didn't actually do any examination. Gave me three unidentified pills and a bill for $200. Back in Australia I find from actual doctors that the high blood pressure was likely due to the pain I was in (from the issue I actually went to the doctor in Legian for). The scheme (scam) here is the doctors appt is very cheap ($50 to see the doctor compared to $85 to see an actual physiotherapist in bali), how ever once they have "Diagnosed" you, be ready for hundreds of dollars in unnamed pills they will tell you you need. I spent less than 5 minutes with the "Doctor", probably closer to 2. I got three bags of pills with no markings labelled "Multivitamin for nerve",
