  I had a really good experience at Optima Medical. I walked in with a finger infection and the doctor was calm, clear, and very personable. They explained what was going on, drained the infection, and guided me step by step on what to do after. The whole process was quick and efficient, but never rushed. What I really appreciated was that they followed up afterward via WhatsApp with useful information and reassurance even after the appointment was done. That level of care made a big difference.
