My 9-year-old son developed a high fever and severe diarrhea while we were on holiday in Bali. We were very worried, especially being far from home. The team acted professionally and with great care from the very beginning. Dr. Adzra carefully examined my son, arranged blood and stool tests, clearly explained the results, and provided a treatment plan. What impressed me the most was the follow-up and support after the visit. The doctor continued to check on my son's condition and answered our questions, which gave us great peace of mind.   I visited this clinic for a vaccination and my experience was amazing. The staff is incredibly kind and they speak perfect English. From the moment I arrived, they took care of me and made me feel safe and involved in the whole process. They also checked on me the day after my vaccination, which I found very thoughtful. I would again like to thank Doctor Rizky and nurses Ani and Putri for their kindness! The whole process was also really fast. I would recommend this clinic to anyone needing professional care in Bali. I would also like to add that I visited this clinic for the second vaccination as well and was treated by doctor Adzra, nurse Intan and nurse Febiola and they were all just as kind and amazing.

  The Doctor was kind, caring, understanding and came to the hotel for treatment. She was very genuine and maintained ongoing contact to monitor symptoms. The clinic is very clean and well ran with Psychiatrists who are very knowledgeable, patient and supportive, and very easy to talk to. He provided a written report to provide the GP at home with evaluation and recommendations. The follow up care even upon returning home has been very helpful also. I highly recommend Unicare, their pricing is very reasonable, and their advanced treatment options are accessible and affordable.
