  Excellent service. I had intense abdominal pain. Without going into detail. The doctor was able to do tests and was diagnosed and on my way very quickly. Very well priced for service and prescription. Note: Grab bike app will only find the QNC Laundry which is right next door.

  While staying in Labuan Bajo, we had some health issues – we called Dr. Rio to our hotel, and later went to the clinic for tests and a follow-up. Everything went smoothly and was reasonably priced. All the doctors and staff were excellent – very professional, friendly, and helpful. While we were waiting for our test results, one of the lovely pharmacists recommended a beautiful café with a sunset view – such a great tip! A very positive experience – highly recommended!

  I highly recommend this clinic, which provided outstanding care when my children fell sick during our vacation. Dr. Rio was exceptionally detailed and accurate in both his diagnosis and his explanation of the treatment. Furthermore, the entire staff was helpful and friendly, making a stressful situation much easier.

  Absolutely 1000% recommend! I had to go there today because of some kind of sun allergies! The doctor took me very seriously and instantly knew what to do! He also didn’t brush off my anxiety and tried to calm me down! I was very scared before I went there (being unwell in a foreign country ain’t funny) and I felt calm as soon as I arrived and got welcomed by the very kind and competent front-staff :) Although I hope I don’t have to go back on this vacation - I would definitely go back if I needed to :)
