  I had an excellent experience at Siloam Hospital in Labuan Bajo. I was treated by the dentist Rida Wanto, together with his nurse Ina, and I can only highlight their professionalism and kindness. They replaced a dental filling with great care and delicacy, always making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. You can really tell when a professional genuinely cares about the patient, and in this case, the treatment was outstanding. I was also treated by Dr. Michael for a furunculosis in my armpit, and the experience was equally positive. I received effective treatment, clear explanations, and very professional care. Overall, I am very satisfied with the attention I received at the hospital. The entire team was extremely kind and competent. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in Labuan Bajo.

  We came here at 2 A.M. because my girlfriend felt unwell. The doctors and nurses were all very nice and helpful and they took their time for the examination and treatment. We really felt good looked after and even had a nice chat. After the treatment they provided us a "special lift" back home. Thanks for everythink, we're very grateful. Recovery ist still ongoing and symptoms are much better than before. <3

  Really disappointef in this clinic i zook the online chat to ask if i can come for the post exposure rabies vaccine on day 7 and the chat saud no problem they do an appointment with the general practioner and it will be fine. When i arrived they did not habe the vaccine. Then they send me to a big hospital further away which told me in indonesia u can only get them if its not first dose in general health center which was literally close to siloam hospital and i could have saved a lot of driving. Also i planned my trip around this appointment and was sure all will be good..

  Came early morning to make an appt with the OBGYN and was told she wouldn’t arrive until 10am. So I made the 10am appointment. I showed up at 9:45 and was told to take a seat. I was seated until 10:30 and asked the front desk staff when I’d be able to see the doctor. I was then told that the doctor was already with another patient and I’d have to wait another 30 minutes. I asked why give me the 10am appointment if the doctor wasn’t available until 11am at the earliest and no one can give me an answer. I decided to cancel my appointment. I was going to be IDR 1.1million for just the consultation and admin fee alone.
