  Great experiences here. Dr Candra is a great therapist who is very dedicated to helping his patients including me! They also offer tele appointments and can send your medication to you. Very convenient if you can’t make it to denpasar.

  Really very cooperative staff . Teresa madam very helpful. one problem is No CC tv Room for relative who will watching his patient. This important for relatives must install.

  Wonderful treatment by Psychologist Putri. She was kind and compassionate and her approach is very calm and gentle. She helped with both DBT therapy and helped me with processing the sudden death of a close family member. She is also providing ongoing support for neurodivergent/anxiety problems. I would highly recommend this clinic. The staff are all very friendly. Thank you 🙏

  They have created so much hurt and put me in a state of mania as the tapering plan I have for meds got stopped halfway through at a high amount because a new doctor I was told could speak English Dr Pingkan couldn't and messed up the plan. I'm now having to wait 6 days to talk to a Dr about their mistake as they won't pick up the phone and discuss the issue unless I book with them and wait a week.. The Dr previous told me do not stop the plan even for a day could have you in hospital.. The woman on reception won't reply and has said for the last 2 days she is discussing with the doctor. At a mental health clinic you wouldn't expect to be withheld info and treated like this. They are dismissive and so difficult to deal with.. I would give less stars if I could. Wow below is thei answer to my review.. So not addressing any of the stone walling or working on any thing to make the clinic better just telling me to go somewhere else.
