    I would highly recommend this place! They helped me immediately and explained everything very well and took their time. Also, they really take care of you, even with IV (use a new needle) they checked me so now and then. I got blood results quickly. And they check on you even after the treatment on WhatsApp.

    I had an ear blockage in both ears and was flying back to NZ the following day. I was seen immediately after a sign in/registration process. My vital signs were checked by a nurse and all OK. The doctor checked both ears using a camera. Both were blocked with cerumen ( ear wax) - the doctor and nurse cleared this using ear irrigation - thorough job and painless. However on rechecking the cleared ears with the camera the doctor showed my via photos that I have something on my left eardrum. Possibly an infection but more likely calcification from previous damage. Excellent Photos were sent to my phone so that I can point the problem out to my doctor at home in NZ. The Bali doctor also prescribed and supplied excellent ear drops for temporary relief. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was that the treatment room is shoddy and needs an upgrade.     I had a skin allergy and could easy make an appointment via whatsapp. The whole team and the doctor were very friendly and caring. I got some prescribed medecine and it is already helping me. Thanks a lot for the fast and helpful appointment and also asking next day how I am!
