  Doctors are ok. But the receptionist OMG. Everytime I'm coming to the hospital I have an appointment at certain time. Everytime before going to the hospital I'm texting to receptionist and asking if everything ok, if nothing changed and I can come. Everytime they are saying: "yes, all good, you can come. No problem". Ive been there 6 times. Guess how many times everything was ok? Zero! 2 times I came and the doctor wasn't there at all. 2 times the doctor was 2 hours late. 1 time the doctor left early even though I had an appointment. 1 time I signed papers for one price and apparently it was the other one, higher of course. They are trying to be polite but politeness can't cure me or pay for my taxi while I'm chasing a doctor. I asked for Complaints book several times (in Indonesian using translator) but first they pretend not to understand me. Than just "forgot" about it.
