  I had a very good experience at Lotus Clinic. I came in because of an ear infection, and the staff were extremely professional. The doctor explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. The prices were very affordable, but most importantly, the quality of care was excellent - honestly even better than in some clinics in Europe. They were able to take photos and examine everything on the spot, and I received my medications immediately after the consultation. What impressed me the most was their follow-up care. Later, they contacted me on WhatsApp to check how I was feeling and asked if I had any questions, showing they were truly ready to help even after the appointment. I would definitely recommend this clinic to everyone. They are also very friendly and helpful when it comes to insurance reimbursement documents and support.

  It's not surprising the fact that they have 5 stars in the reviews. My husband got sick in Uluwatu, Bali, we came to this clinic and the experience was great. All the staff very helpful and caring and the doctor very clear in his explanation and treatment. He recovered soon after spending many hours in the clinic under treatment and they the provided all the paperwork necessary to process the claim with the insurance. Nobody wants to be sick on vacation, but if this happens this is a great place to get the right treatment. I fully recommend this clinic and its staff, thank you very much!
