  We booked 3 nights and ended up staying 2 weeks. Anik was extremely welcoming and kind to us. We had a scooter accident and she helped us with the hospital, our laundry, the pharmacy, water, a SIM card... the whole package! She can arrange excursions at a good price and show you the best places in the area. The manager also has a bar, staying at Zigiz allows you to have discounts at the bar which is 2 steps from the beach! The room was very nice, the bed very comfortable, cleaning every day at your request and the staff friendly and smiling! 100% recommended, eyes closed! Thank you again 😊 🇫🇷🇯🇵

  It was an amazing stay at Zigiz Lovina Hostel, so I decided to extend it. I had my own cozy room, bathroom and a very comfortable bed. This is the perfect stay for budget travelers! And the staff, especially Anik, is the friendliest person I’ve met in Indonesia. She was available 24/7, helped me with everything and gave really good recommendations what to do and where to eat and hang out in Lovina. More than grateful for this service!
