    I go to this place almost regularly. However, what makes it a bit uncomfortable is the space which is too small for the long queue, and there are many therapists go around while people are having their treatment. Somehow I feel a bit bothered. Overall, still my favorite choice to have facial treatment.

    I booked for my mom's birthday on today, 7th Nov through its official WhatsApp number. Seems like they have internal problem and miscommunication trouble and it's not funny at all! In the D-day I come to the store to do payment in advance but they are not aware of my WhatsApp reservation at all. They said Marketing Officer is not present to work on Sunday and so the birthday hampers can only be managed by her, they even not try to fix this issue. Such a silly thing! They ask the package to be taken the days after, but I said No, they need to deliver it. The staffs even not say any apology or provide anything for the misscommunication they had. For sure I will raised this problem to Larissa central grievance channel because this is not even how Larisaa should treat its customer. If the birthday package should be booked a week before, that why don't the marketing say it clearly as conformation through WhatsApp? She just said Yes, and even help to select to product ONLY TO FIND OUT THE B
