    My mother in law had an unknown sickness and was vomiting for 5 days. We took her to the hospital on Saturday, knowing only general doctors would be available. In the ICU, we met with general doctors. After 2 days of fluctuating sugar levels and blood pressure, my mom's blood pressure dropped on Monday. Finally, we met the doctor observing her. Shockingly, despite her unstable condition, the doctor told my mother in-law she could go home! We tried to complain, asking to stay another night, but the staff replied that we could stay, yet without doctor supervision. Another staff member contradicted this, saying she couldn't stay due to infection risks. Incredibly, the person explaining this didn't even know what infection they were referring to!     Sorry to say. The service (especially for the lab) is very awful. It's my very first time to write a review of any place I've ever visited. I go to this hospital to take a rapid test - for a dentist's appointment, I politely asked about the step to get the rapid service in lab (because it's my 1st time here) after registered my data before. There is neither queue nor number. But unfortunately, the lab's staff (the man, IDK his name) rudely answer me to wait and didn't give me any further explanation. Then, where's I supposed to ask? Please, if you choose to work in service industry, you shouldn't behave rudely to anyone who politely ask about something that they did not know. But if you're tired, just give the proper explanation, don't be "ngegas" is helpful enough, dude. Danke! :)

    I am someone who unfortunately have to go to hospital repeatedly. Their poliklinik service is good and quick. Do you know that in the entire Magelang (regency and municipality) we only have 2 female OBGYN doctors? This hospital has one and RSIA Muntilan has one. That's it. So, if you want to be their patients, just be patience. There are a LOT of women who will be in the waiting room as you do.

    The service is good and the staff is professional. The place is also clean. But the downside is the layout of the hospital. This place is quite confusing when looking for certain medical department.
