  What a let down... The rice box does not provide us a spoon and a plastic glass of water, the midwifery staff seems like they don't know the word of punctuality of giving meds to patients, the elevator is not working well, giving hard time to the patients post surgery, there is no cleaning staff so the patients and their family are their own, some staff are not friendly, unclear information for any place, and also, the doctors aren't on time when we need them especially for surgery time.
