  The service from the doctors, nurses, and staff was excellent and friendly, even though I was a BPJS participant. The room (first class) was very clean, with complete facilities. The bathroom was clean. The only thing that needs improvement is the food menu, making it tastier. Thank you.

  As i Remember, come here as a non BPJS patient, they served us good, and last time here this hospital used to be not this crowd. I just hope they decrease the waiting time to serve the patient. Cause we wait more than 2 (two) hours for examination from doctor. The Farmation served also not good enough, cause they skip the receipt us, need more improve. Maybe non BPJS would be the priorty to serve. BPJS patient must wait longger. To get here please better take an online transportation, cause lack of parking prepared Snack for waiting the serve to get Exam. The hospital not ready for a crowd Patient, almost all Swcror or service need to improve. Ok.

  The place is clean so comfortable wating here for an hour yet the doctor hasn't come.

  This small hospital has convenient opening hours and good qualified medical staff. Docters with good English, knowing what to do. Excellent therapy, low cost. Staff and docters are very friendly. No long waitings. Suitable for western tourists with minor to medium calamities.
