Very dissapointed. Came up early for doctor appointment, but it was pass 12 pm WITA so I should wait about an hour so that the hospital can regist me in. It should be open again at 1 pm WITA, but I have wait long enough and they still have a break. So I guess it is a useless to write such operational hours in front.
