  My Son was ill and we decided to bring him to this hospital and we never regret it. This hospital offers one of the best services and treatment we ever experienced. from the moment we come in their emergency room, the service from their nurse was outstanding. We were greeted warmly and their nurse act responsibly fast and precisely good. My soon quickly getting his early diagnose and got room for treatment effortlessly. Administration were simple and clear. Within minutes, my Son is sleeping in his treatment room. Food is clean, tasty and well-prepared. Every morning and noon, cleaning services always take out trash and mopping the floor. and blanket and pillow fabric are replaced every morning. Our room has a sofabed, TV and private toilet. Views are great too. it's a prefect vibes and atmosphere for people to get their health again. They have good nurse station placed in the middle of building and their staff always ready if we needed to. We Stayed 4 days and we will never forget it.

  First time I visit this hospital and that is a good experience here...Hospital are clean and comfortable. All staff, start from security, nurse and customer service are friendly and fast respon. The doctor is kind, helpfull, explain well and cute. The lounge for the member of one famoust insurance in Indonesia are comfort and clean. All good. Great job, Love it👍.
