  My father was hospitalized for 12 days in this hospital since his illness only can be treated by a hematologist who only available in this hospital for eastern Indonesia. The room is always clean and all the doctors, nurses, pharmacists and others staffs are super kind for serving all the patients needs. The hospital also provides customer care hotline for receiving all constructive comments from the public. Canteens are also available near by wards inside the hospital. They are clean and serve delicious food.

  If you want to bring your relative here better than you find another hospi, my personal experience that i never bring any of my relatives came out alive from this hospi. Sad but true, Poor treatment and lack of empathy from the staffs, I have to admitted this hospital is the biggest hospital in the eastern indonesia but you know. The vibes from emergency room is always creepy, the medical student also just annoy the patients.
