  is one of the best Catholic hospitals in the city of Makassar, fast service with an integrated information system, competent and friendly and helpful medical personnel, complete medical facilities, security officers who routinely patrol. equipped with supporting facilities such as cafes and food outlets, this hospital can be a reference for students who want to continue their studies because it has its own health college. easy transportation access and close to various tourist destinations in the city of Makassar

  Basic patient care completely ignored. Bedsheets not changed unless family asked. No routine cleaning or help with patient hygiene. Family had to handle everything themselves. Staff unfriendly and indifferent with no sense of empathy or responsibility. Patients left fully dependent on whoever stays with them. A hospital should provide proper care, hygiene, and respect for patients, not abandon them and their families to do everything alone. Not recommended for anyone expecting real care, cleanliness, or basic decency.
