  AVOID this clinic at ALL costs as foreigner or as a BPJS- patient (judging by the other reviews). The staff working here was extremely unprofessional and just straight up rude towards me. I understand that I am a foreigner, but this exceeded ALL limits. I was constantly mocked and stared at while I came here because I was in so much pain. During the treatment an employee even came to stand in the door opening just to watch. Even when I picked up my medicine, I was laughed at by a full group of employees for minutes on end. This is completely absurd. Even though the doctor was kind towards me and spoke good English, the nurse hurt me extremely much while cleaning my wound. Cleaning wounds is never a good feeling, but by being so aggressive I had to suffer from extreme pain for way too long. I do not believe that this is not possible to do this in a more gentle way.

  Complicated bureaucracy ! Already have specialist doctor's refferel letter, but they cannot print out elisa's referral in the same time. Just print out have to wait for few days ??? Dissapointed. As we already make appointment with specialist doctors . Should be improve for next. Cannot imagine if the patient is an elderly....too bad
