    My husband and I had the best possible experience at the hospital. He had knee surgery and received all the assistance, attention, and sensitivity from the staff. Dr. Krisna, the anesthesiologist Dr. Faundra, Yosi and her nurses, the physiotherapy team, the receptionists, the security guards, and even the kitchen staff were all very attentive and respectful; they deserve praise. The room we stayed in after surgery was very comfortable; besides having a bed for a companion, it had a flat-screen TV with streaming services and a beautiful view from the window. We are foreigners, and they provided Western food, which was delicious… I am grateful to God for providing us with the best! Thank you, Hermina, for your care 💚

    I’ve never felt this disappointed with Hermina before. I needed a pediatrician on Saturday, so I checked the Hermina app and saw an available doctor. I booked an appointment and it went through just fine. But when I got to the hospital, the doctor wasn’t actually on duty. Apparently, the schedule in the app hadn’t been updated. I hope this can be improved going forward, please make sure the app reflects the actual schedule so patients don’t end up coming in for nothing

    I take my children here because of the good quality of the hospital and the doctors. My only complaint is the schedule of the doctor. I do understand if sometimes the doctor has emergency, but isnt it easy to just notify the hospital when they are late, how long will they be late, so the patients dont just wait without any explanation. Almost never the doctors arrive on schedule. Other than that the service is great.

    The doctors and nurses in the Emergency Department (IGD) was very responsive and acted quickly in handling my father as a patient with professionalism and care. The administration process was also fast and efficient. Thank you🙏🏻🙏🏻
