  Great and excellence service Brilliant doctor and very patient nurse. I stayed in the Platinum I room. The room had three beds separated by a curtain. It was quite spacious and clean. My Experience The healthcare workers were quite responsive when a patient was diagnosed with TB and were immediately transferred to a special pulmonary infection room. We glad and recommend this hospital. Thank you 😊 🙏

  fully hospitality in one of Malang heritage hospital. Center garden in the middle of hospital is a landmark for patients and everyone who find a new horizon of health. Clean and quite hospital, easy to reach. the best thing is the Lavalete hospital accept tej BPJS card

  To be honest not that really worth it compared to the hospital that my mom has taken care of before, from the emergency room took a long time for my mom to move to the room after we got the room from administration also staff was not friendly, I could understand they were busy but at least the way they talked to the patient and the family supposed to be friendly. The doctor, she was okay and communicative From the price it was quite pricey compared to same level room in different hospital, my mom stayed on vip room on platinum III btw but the nurses not that really friendly and helpful. They were not even offering my mom to shower or just cleaned up in the morning. They didn’t even ask what my mom feel or asked what my mom need or just offered to make the bed up, they just got to the room checked temperature and the blood pressure, gave the medicine. Thats all. But the first nurse after my mom moved to the room at night, he was friendly. He was even smile at us and he asked what my mom
