  RSIA Puri Bunda The service is good, friendly, and patient with all of her patients. The employees respond quickly, I don't regret choosing this hospital as my family hospital. I hope this hospital becomes the No.1 hospital in the city of Malang .

  While the doctors are great and friendly, some staffs are so terrible, they don't know exactly what to do and don't know how to do their jobs done, playing gadgets, chatting, and a bit slow responding. "Time" is not important here, the doctors usually come very late, which is exhausted. We need to make appointment to visit the doctors, usually by phone start in the morning but, it is very hard to be connected, need several times, for 5 to 10 times phone call - then success, wow!
