  Dear RSIA Mutiara Bunda Malang. Your employees misinterpretation BPJS. BPJS users are not the ones who ask for free service. We also pay regularly, whether we are sick or not, we still pay. The behavior of your employees who shout when serving people who use BPJS facilities should not be justified. We believe you are an educated person, have good manners. especially the nurse who serves at the children's clinic registration on the 2nd floor. Yes, you who wear glasses. you should be friendly. if there are visitors who don't understand. explain well, no need to glare while shouting.

  My boy was born here. Thank to dr. Tis, dr. Rio, nurse and all crew. Great Hospital feel like home.

  The building used to be Pertani. The security hut used to smell like potatoes during the nights. A bit creapy in 1980ies.
