  My parents have been customers for years and been getting home care services for years, and yet I still need to retype mannualy the ID, the address again and again via WA.   The staff wasn't impolite enough. First day, i want to check the HIV and TBC for scholarship purpose, they said impolitely that I have to print my own health certificate. Second day, they told me that they cannot process my health certificate which not from their own official paper. Why didn't they told me in the first place? God, that was so wasting my time.
