  Was there around 16:00, service was really fast, didn’t even wait more than 5 minutes until the nurses gave me an examination. They are nice and helpful as well, guided me through the process as I can’t speak Bahasa Indonesian language 👍🏾

  My mom wanna check up in orthopedic doctor. It has to be 3.30 o'clock in the schedule but the doctor isn't there and no communication among the doctor and the nurse until 5.30. the doctor said he practice in another hospital at that time so make all patient waiting more than 2 hours. The nurse is not helpfull but annoying. They haven't sympathize to the patients and give rude answers. Worst human resources and management.
