We experienced Bad services, documents first, human later, the doctor also didn’t analyze my father well, after moving to other hospital now we now what is the exact situation of my dad, and got much better treatment. Still hoping this hospital improves their service quality .

If you wish to scale your teeth to drg. Endang please reconsider. She was handling it quite badly. I felt hurt A LOT and she didn't even care. The procedure was done less than five minutes! I waited so long for other patients. Also, I got to pay WAY more expensive fee than my friend. She paid Rp 200.000 mine was Rp 300.000 for a lot FASTER procedure. Totally DISASTROUS.

Pretty good service & simple procedure to use insurance, but need to maintain the cleanliness better.

fast respon ugd, the price is good enough, they handled the patient with care. but about the palce, i think it need to be maintain to being more innocent, comfortable and clean. if you need atm, it easy to find. the apotek is easy to find because it positioned in front of the hospital so easy to find. it also can use bpjs for sure
