  It is located in crowded area. This private hospital has everything you need for medical care. Here are also available bakeries, mini markets and restaurants that serve visitors who might need them. The parking lot also available. The atmosphere also clean, fresh but rather gloomy. The only thing that might bother patients is the sound of trains that often cross this area.

  I had reservation on 8, however I got message that the doctor couldn't attend to the hospital. So, I needed to cancel from JKN app and reschedule. My expired reccomendation letter was end in 25th Dec, so I asked help from the admin if she/he could help me to get the queue number, however they neglected saying that only can make from JKN. I already explained usually I always get help from the male admin, to get number so that I couod meet the doctor cause JKN cannot be used. But today, the admin didn't help me and made excuses. I know your response would ask me to make complain through your what's number. Instead of always asking the people to always contact your number. You should nurture your admin with kindness and the willingness to help people to register.

  Famous catholic hospital in Malang. The hospital is clean but the building is old, hope can be upgrade. The doctor and staff are friendly and responsif. The facilities also complete. But the price is expensive

  I planned to get counsel from a dermatologist. I made reservations online and came to know that they had to make me a new reservation. Waited since 30 minutes before to almost an hour past the doctor's scheduled opening. What's the point of registering online? And the other patient who had come minutes just before the doctor arrived got the first queue. This happened to me twice, and I don't think that they are going to fix their system
