    Overall, the experience I got, was not good. the queue is confusing. you can imagine, it's been queuing for a long time but what is needed is not there. although the staff are mostly friendly (actually there is no need to be excessively friendly, just be patient). maybe a briefing needs to be done about the job desk of each staff, so that it is more effective in serving.

    I must admit that this hospital is not my first choice. However, due to my longstanding relationship with the doctor, I have chosen to remain here. I would like to offer some feedback: I have found that some of the staff and security personnel can be somewhat unapproachable or, at times, discourteous. Given their role as front-line workers, I believe there is room for improvement in this area. Additionally, the workflow can be somewhat confusing. In a critical situation, I would be concerned about how well it would be managed. Overall, I would rate this hospital as 3 stars. With continued improvements in management and workflow, it has the potential to earn a 5-star rating. I do want to acknowledge that the doctors here are excellent.

    The overall service was not as promised in the managerial pledge, and eventhough this hospital is operated as an education university, it requires more professionality. Complete medical facilities are on hand, but as the building was not well kept. The situation, however, creates a disadvantage. To my observation, the supporting staff requires more training. Lack of attention to customers needs and inconsistent explanations are evident in the two visits to the hospital. To my experience, the hospital management should improve its system and orientate further on customer satisfaction not only the medical “advantages.” Eventhough prominent practioners and specialist are listed here, does not tend that the medical experience is as the customer expected. This hospital is not my first recommendation whether deciding to have medical services.
