I spent more than 10 nights at this hotel. I had a room with an excellent view. The tv in the room didnt have netflix. The hot water sometimes did not work in the bathroom. The AC was mostly good. The location is good. The breakfast is good but slightly expensive compared to other hotels I've stayed at in manado. I liked the pool and gym. The pool can use some lighting or barbecue at night like competitor hotels. It isn't a terrible hotel like some reviews might suggest, but definitely needs a few improvements to make it worthwhile

We were there only for a night to spend my husband's birthday also it's my first time again in Manado after 15 years away. We arrived there early in the morning and no rooms were ready as we asked for early check in and its okay to have extra fee. Kak Sergio, kak Kifly and kak Christian in FO team are THE BEST and they managed to get us the room by 10am which is great so while waiting we can visit my family. We came back and straight to the room with a very nice view of the city and partially ocean. The next morning after delightful breakfast, kak Rely and the training students also the FO team named above surprise my husband by sang birthday song with tasty cake which make our stay even memorable. Overall stay was perfect. Will come back and bring our kids to stay there soon. Thank you Aryaduta!

Dont want to be a B***h, booked my room a few months before, request : QUIET ROOM, high floor. My first room had connecting door, my neighbors were teenagers who were screaming and giggling all the time. I asked to move, the only available room was “city view” which swimming pool and wall. So this is my 2nd room, their “hot water” was NOT HOT, I asked them to check, their answer “the hottest the can get”Mechanic came to my room turn on the taps and just check the water, he said EVERYTHING OKAY. They offered me different room.So for my 2 nights there I had 3 different rooms. In the end of my stay, I was upgraded to bigger room with nicer view, which was nice, I enjoyed it, thanks. But I wont change my mind about the service, the housekeeping who cleaned my room, I am not sure if they actually check my room before.I understand its an old Hotel, but at least you guys can do a little maintenance everyday in the room. All the furnitures look OLD, dirty, damp. Since the hotel is next to Silo

Aside from the location, there isn’t much to recommend about this hotel. The room condition has already been well covered in other reviews. During my stay, there was an earthquake, and this hotel was the only one in the area that experienced a power outage, leaving us unable to do anything in the room. While natural disasters are unavoidable, it seemed that there was no proper emergency response protocol in place for guests. Late into the night, with no sign of the power being restored, we were moved to another nearby hotel. However, it felt like the communication with that hotel hadn’t been properly arranged. Ironically, the hotel we were transferred to had far better room conditions and service. If I visit Manado again, I would definitely choose to stay there instead.
