    I was very satisfied with Hermina Hospital in Mando. The staff was consistently friendly and attentive, the medical care was good, and the hygiene standards were high. My concerns were taken seriously, and I felt well cared for. Communication wasn’t always easy, but it was manageable with the help of Google Translate. I would definitely choose this hospital again.

    ✔First time got accident and going to their IGD, they do fast respon to me. My hand so hurt really hurt, they do rontgen and my hand is fractured, so i have to opname and do surgery. ✔The atmosphere was brand new, still good and well maintain, hope still good till 5 years more🙏 they keep clean every room. Every morning the CS do good job cleaning the opname room. ✔The service pretty nice, the nurse and doctor so helpful and kind. They service food very generous and pretty tasty food! Good job Hermina. Keep up the good works!❤

    Very bad admin. We came to deliver our baby because our obgyn works there. Without asking they just assumed we were BPJS patient and instead of taking us to the delivery room (ruang bersalin) they took my wife to a small room within the IGD and didn't even bother calling out obgyn doctor. Instead our baby was delivered by a midwife (apparently that is the SOP for BPJS patient). Then when we checked out they didn't provide us with the Surat Lahir. They told us that is because of weekend. After double checking we found out that the Medical Record Dept. actually opens on saturday (our baby was born just past midnight on saturday). Better go to a Puskesmas. They do provide better services there.
