  Today(10 January 2024), I visited the eye clinic after receiving a referral from the Airmadidi Community Health Center. Although I am a BPJS patient and it appeared that I was not registered at the hospital, the female counter clerk kindly assisted me and registered me. The service provided was excellent. Despite being a BPJS patient, I was treated with equal attention and care as paying patients, which I really appreciate. The staff was very helpful and supportive throughout the process. However, the eye doctor(FELY AMELIA TOAD) arrived two hours late(I heard from patients that eye doctor usually start at 10 o'clock, but she came at 12 o'clock), which annoyed several patients who had been waiting since early morning(YES THEY ARE EXIST! Elders from far away places). Nevertheless, as patients at a government facility, we understand our limitations and try to act professionally by not complaining.
