  The hospital feels clean, organized, and comfortable — not intimidating like some hospitals can be. The staff were genuinely kind and helpful from the moment I arrived. Nurses and doctors took their time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt at ease. The facilities are well-maintained, and the waiting time was quite reasonable.

  It’s not how we would choose to end our vacation, but the doctors and care at the hospital were excellent. Sometimes the communication with the nurses was difficult due to the language difference. The food was pretty bad, but we managed. The room was large and I was provided a bed to stay in the room with my husband. We spent a total of 6 days here, were ready to go home.

  This is an EXCELLENT hospital! I have had two operations here and a total of 7 days staying here. All the staff are excelent and caring. My thanks to my surgeon Dr Olivia Moniega and nurses Rivaldo, Tesalonika and Oktafiany from Tulip ward!

  Had my very first operation and admission here, and it was a great experience. Everyone was super kind, the staff, CS, the nurses, ns Cherryl, ns Angelina, and the other nurses whose names I didn’t catch 🙏. Thank you for taking such good care of me. And of course, a big thanks to Dr. Rian for the operation and the guidance throughout the whole process. Really appreciate the care from the whole team.
