  A comfortable, clean hospital and the service from the medical staff is very good

  My first visit ever to this Hospital. Staff are genuinely interested in their job for sure and friendly enough however they need to speed up their services during peak hours to avoid the load of patients which can create chaos or confusion due to the limit of their sitting area. Overall it's a good experience Despite that, I wasn't able to use my insurance for some reason I didn't have a guarantee letter from my residence doctor whatsoever. Looks like there is so much room for improvement such as cleanliness and again service-wise. I left 4 stars to conclude my Impressions of this Hospital.

  i went to out patient service and it was such a good experience thank you to drg. Prisma for the generous and fast services also thank you for all the staff at siloam hospital paal 2. Very recommended hospitals.
